Last year was final in the three-year program for development of poultry production in Russia. During its action, poultry production as slaughter weight grew by 800 thousand tons compared to the planned 375 thousand tons, i.e. the commitments undertaken were surpassed by a factor of 2.1. The farm headed by Roza Tsarukyan (part of Multi Agro holding) has 3 thousand sheep, 750 cattle, including almost 250 cows, and 1050 bee families. Since 1990, the farm has been receiving students and post-graduates of four departments of the Yerevan Agricultural Academy for traineeship.
